Seton Hall Graduate Open House

Seton Hall will host a Fall Graduate Open House on Tuesday, October 3 from 6 – 8 p.m. in Bethany Hall on its South Orange campus. The event offers a unique opportunity for attendees to engage with the university and learn about the diverse range of graduate and certificate programs that Seton Hall proudly offers.

At this event, prospective students will have the chance to ask questions and gain valuable insights into graduate school life. Whether you're a seasoned professional seeking career advancement or an undergraduate looking to continue your educational journey, Seton Hall's programs are tailored to support your personal and professional growth, no matter where you currently stand in your academic or career trajectory.

The university is renowned for its graduate and certificate programs across various in-demand fields, including business, communication, international relations, education, counseling, healthcare administration, occupational therapy, law, nursing, data science, social work, theology, nonprofit management, and more.

Engaging with program directors, esteemed deans, and accomplished alumni, attendees will explore opportunities across multiple schools, including the College of Arts & SciencesStillman School of BusinessCollege of Human Development, Culture, and MediaCollege of NursingSchool of TheologySchool of Health and Medical SciencesSchool of Law and the School of Diplomacy and International Relations.

In addition to academic offerings, the event will provide insights into the financial aspect of graduate education. Representatives from the Office of Financial Aid will be available to discuss graduate assistantship and scholarship opportunities, including greater  University-funded scholarships that will make a degree from Seton Hall ever more affordable for new graduate students. The Career Center will also be present to share resources dedicated to professional networking, resume development, interview preparation, and skill-building workshops tailored for graduate students.

Current Seton Hall students can also take this opportunity to learn about the dozens of dual degree programs that the University offers. Attendees will learn how pairing undergraduate and graduate coursework and degrees in different fields will make them more versatile and distinct from other college graduates, as well as realize potential cost and time savings by pursuing a dual degree.

With over 130 graduate and certificate programs, Seton Hall University ensures flexibility for working professionals by offering night and weekend options. These programs can be pursued on a full-time or part-time basis, with on-campus, online, and hybrid format choices available.

Moreover, attendees who participate in the Graduate Open House and later apply to a graduate program will be granted an application fee waiver, further reflecting Seton Hall's commitment to facilitating access to quality education.
