Joyful Celebrations at the Graduate Christmas Social

Graduate students attend Christmas social event. On Tuesday, November 28, the Office of Graduate Affairs hosted a Graduate Student Wine & Cheese Social which coincided with the university’s annual tree lighting ceremony.

Graduate students and guests were treated to an evening of light food and beverages with an opportunity to connect with other graduate students. The tree lighting is always a hallmark event and the Office of Graduate Affairs wanted to be sure our graduate students could embrace the Seton Hall community in this special way.

The festive setting in the Jubilee Hall Atrium was the perfect spot for the event, as participants were able to take in the festivities from the balcony which overlooked the green with all its holiday activity.

Associate Provost for Academic and Graduate Affairs, Christopher Cuccia, Ed.D., noted "the event not only captured the festive spirit of the Christmas season, but also embodied the university’s commitment to foster a more robust graduate community." Cuccia also noted "in speaking with students in attendance, I was so thrilled to see their genuine enthusiasm and appreciation for having the opportunity to engage with their peers and other members of the university community at the event."

The graduate recruiting team really enjoyed being immersed in the activity on the green and meeting and talking to students and the rest of the Seton Hall community.
