In an innovative blend of technology and art, the Department of Information Technology and Walsh Gallery have launched an immersive 360-degree virtual tour featuring the gallery’s current exhibition, "Contemporary African Spirituality in Art." Developed by Seton Hall’s skilled digital media experts using the cutting-edge virtual tour software, Kuula, users can now experience the awe-inspiring intricacies of the gallery’s interdisciplinary collection from the comfort of their homes. This project aligns with the University’s longstanding commitment to sharing art, culture, and education with a broader audience.
The Walsh Gallery, known for its diverse exhibitions, features an array of artworks ranging from historical pieces to contemporary works. Throughout the immersive 360-degree virtual tour, viewers are encouraged to engage with these vibrant pieces by clicking to access high-resolution representations of the images, complete with attributions to each of the artists.
