Debra Lee Surface, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor of Marketing

Professor Surface is an Assistant Professor of Marketing in the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University. Her main teaching and research interests include marketing strategy, corporate social responsibility, green marketing, new product development, and innovation.
Prior to Seton Hall University, Professor Surface spent close to fifteen years in the financial services industry where she engaged in collaboration and corporate social responsibility. Born and raised in Boston, she earned her Ph.D. in marketing at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and holds BA (art, marketing) and MBA degrees from Salem State University in Salem, Massachusetts.
