Seventh Edition of In the Lead Embraces the Future of Work

Cover of In the Lead, Spring 2024Stillman School of Business’s Department of Management and the Buccino Leadership Institute has released the Spring 2024 issue of In the Lead magazine, which focuses on the future of work and how leadership and technology will help the workforce navigate an unpredictable future.

In this issue, In the Lead offers insights from leaders and practitioners, representing various sectors such as consulting, financial services, food and beverage, higher education, the public sector and technology.

“While exploring these perspectives, it’s important to acknowledge that the impact of change is not uniform across the globe. Technology advanced societies, through reaping benefits, grapple with distinct stressors as they experience heightened disruption.” says Professor Ruchin Kansal, the editor of the magazine. “As you delve into this issue, reflect on how your work might evolve.”

The issue also included the call for submission of the 2024 Future of Leadership Survey, a global survey focused on gathering insight and foresight on the future of leadership from 18-30-year-olds. This year’s results include insights from more than thousands of respondents from North and South America, EU5, Asia, and Africa. Results of the 2024 survey will be included in the Fall 2024 In the Lead issue.
