Education Leadership, Management and Policy
Two one-day residencies are required (Orientation and Mid-Residency). This makes it easy for elementary, middle and high school teachers to join the program and earn a Master or Education Specialist degree in education leadership. Classes are taught by Seton Hall University faculty and experienced education practitioners who bring years of knowledge and expertise in educational administration.

The Program
The online M. A.E. or Ed. S. degree in ELMP consists of 13 courses and incorporates two on-campus weekend residency visits, which afford you the opportunity to meet face-to-face with professors and your peers in the program. Note: those who already hold an M.A. are eligible for the Ed. S. degree. Orientation provides an opportunity for students to visit the 160+ year old campus located in a New Jersey suburban setting outside of New York City.
Utilizing state-of-the-art learning technologies in a highly interactive educational environment, our programs are built on current research, best practices within a comprehensive, rigorous curricula. All students graduate with the knowledge and skills to lead K-12 environments in a consistently changing global environment.
