Response to Typhoon Haiyan

The terrible devastation of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines has crippled this island nation. Considered one of the most powerful storms ever in recorded history, it has left much of the nation in ruins and its people are in desperate need. As conditions continue to deteriorate, there are fears of a mounting health crisis. It is anticipated that relief efforts will be slow and long-term as many roads remain impassable and most communications are down.

The Seton Hall community stands with the people of the Philippines during this dark hour. We mourn their loss and we call on members of the University and larger community to help our brothers and sisters in need. We are working with the Division of Volunteer Efforts (DOVE) to raise funds to assist with relief efforts.
